Fernando A. Bohorquez, Jr.
as a member of the
New York City Conflicts of Interest Board
The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections respectfully reports:
Pursuant to pursuant to § 2602 of the New York City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, hereby approves the appointment by the Mayor of Fernando Bohorquez as a member of the New York City Conflicts of Interest Board to serve for the remainder of a six-year term that will expire on March 31, 2018.
This matter was referred to the Committee on February 4, 2014.

RESOLVED, that pursuant to § 2602 of the New York City Charter, the Council does hereby approve the appointment of Fernando A. Bohorquez, Jr. as a candidate for appointment by the Mayor as a member of the New York City Conflicts of Interest Board to serve for the remainder of a six-year term that will expire on March 31, 2018
