RESOLUTION NO. 219
 
 
Resolution approving the petition for a revocable consent for an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 132 4th Avenue, Borough of Manhattan (20145387 TCM; L.U. No. 44).
 
 
By Council Members Greenfield and Weprin
 
WHEREAS, the Department of Consumer Affairs filed with the Council on March 28, 2014, its approval dated March 24, 2014 of the petition of 132 4th Avenue Restaurant LLC, d/b/a The Fourth, for a revocable consent to establish, maintain and operate an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 132 4th Avenue, Community District 2, Borough of Manhattan (the "Petition"), pursuant to Section 20-226 of the New York City Administrative Code (the "Administrative Code");
 
WHEREAS, the Petition is subject to review by the Council pursuant to Section 20-226(g) of the Administrative Code;
 
WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Petition on April 23, 2014; and
 
WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Petition;
 
RESOLVED:
 
      Pursuant to Section 20-226 of the Administrative Code, the Council approves the Petition.
