RESOLUTION NO. 1200

Resolution approving the petition for a revocable consent for a small unenclosed sidewalk café located at 127 East 34^th Street, Borough of Manhattan (20165639 TCM; L.U. No. 435).

By Council Members Greenfield and Richards

WHEREAS, the Department of Consumer Affairs filed with the Council on July 29, 2016 its approval dated July 27, 2016 of the petition of VER34 LLC, d/b/a Wine 34, for a revocable consent to establish, maintain and operate a small unenclosed sidewalk café located at 127 East 34^th Street, Community District 6, Borough of Manhattan (the "Petition"), pursuant to Section 20-226 of the New York City Administrative Code (the "Administrative Code");

WHEREAS, the Petition is subject to review by the Council pursuant to Section 20-226 (g) of the Administrative Code;

WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Petition on September 7, 2016; and

WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Petition;

RESOLVED:

Pursuant to Section 20-226 of the Administrative Code, the Council approves the Petition.
