THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW YORK

RESOLUTION NO. 1217

 

Resolution approving the petition for a new revocable consent for an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 711 West 181st Street, Borough of Manhattan (20165602 TCM; L.U. No. 459).

 

By Council Members Greenfield and Richards

 

WHEREAS, the Department of Consumer Affairs filed with the Council on August 25, 2016 its approval dated August 12, 2016 of the petition of La Fiesta 95, Inc., d/b/a/ La Pinta Mexican Cuisine, for a new revocable consent to establish, maintain and operate an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 711 West 181st Street, Community District 12, Borough of Manhattan (the "Petition"), pursuant to Section 20-226 of the New York City Administrative Code (the "Administrative Code");

 

WHEREAS, the Petition is subject to review by the Council pursuant to Section 20-226(g) of the Administrative Code;

 

WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Petition on September 7, 2016; and

 

WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Petition;

 

RESOLVED:

 

                     Pursuant to Section 20-226 of the Administrative Code, the Council approves the Petition.
