A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring a school emergency preparedness task force to review NYPD, DOE and community collaboration on school emergency preparedness

 

Be it enacted by the Council as follows:

Section 1.  Subdivision g of section 14-176 of the administrative code of the city of New York, as added by a local law for the year 2018 amending the administrative code of the city of New York relating to creating a school emergency preparedness task force, as proposed in introduction number 639-B, is amended by adding a new paragraph 6 to read as follows:

6. collaboration, including regularly scheduled meetings, between department personnel department of education personnel, and community members;

§ 2. This local law takes effect 120 days after it becomes law.
